Some dream! or perhaps, some night! I am thinking the ocean part was the conscious mind seeping into the dreaming subconscious, and the second awakening statement the reality- pond in park. Which of course begs the question, how did they get there? Although at first, I thought they drifted toward the old man on some shore. So the pond destroyed that idea.

Hilarious! Another great entry to this non-challenge challenge. And I’m all for the ambiguity. Is the first half the dream, or is the second bit a mirage? We’ll never know! Hahahah! Oh, unless someone does a sequel of course.
