haha, i love seventh sanctum. thats a funny idea, i love how he’s so utterly determined.

Of course, he could revolutionize communication in so many easier ways… Semaphore towers and some stronger-than-caeser-cypher encryption protocols would do it. I’d go for one-time-pads. Those would kick the pants off of, well, any opposing power ever, if used properly.

Certainly the approach and use Caesar would have imagined for the television, and an eerie reminder of one of its potential uses.
