The Filmores had never believed in zombies, ghosts or the vampire lore. Those were myths and legends. Alien landings were made for movies and old time radio dramas. Werewolves, please the Jones’s Beagle posed more of a threat.

The Filmore boys grew up on Freddie and Jason and Michael Myers, the goalie mask wearer, not the Austin Powers actor.

So it came as somewhat of a surprise the night the lights went out all over town and being in the dark, the Filmores got a sudden chill.

They couldn’t explain it afterwards to the police or reporters, but when the lights came on Terrance Filmore was gone.
They thought at first he was playing a joke on them. They searched the whole house from attic to basement.
He was gone.
Four years later during another blackout, they held onto each other for dear life in the darkness.
When the lights came on.
There stood Terrance, just as he looked four years prior.
“Where have you been Terrance Filmore?,” his distraught mother asked.
Terrance’s smile turned into an evil grin.
