I read a book that sort of inspired the story behind the challenge inspired by the pic. ;) The book is titled Someone Named Eva by Joan M. Wolf and it gives another view of the havoc wreaked by Hitler. Something that I didn’t even know happened.

I really, really like this! It’s such a coincidence because just last night I saw The Diary of Anne Frank…wow.

I love how the family’s history is told from the perspective of their heirloom, this doll. This fantastic.

Beautifully told from the dolls point of view and the history of the doll, well that is just memorable long after the stroy is read.

Lovely little piece with just that hint of melancholy or something like it…they’re at a good place now, but we still shudder a little at the history, even though we’ll tell it again so nobody forgets.
