A bit more straight-forward and story oriented than some of the others in the series, but still a quiet, paced continuation of this couple’s golden years at the end of the world.

i like the descriptions of the sky in a very poetic trying-to-embrace-what-you-have type way. thats what I liked about it
and the instant connection i felt between the husband and wife – thats good seeing as I’ve only read this bit in the story :)

I re-read the line with ‘pretties’ in it a few times before I realized you meant ‘prettiest’. I was wondering why the wicked witch of the west had been included, then I got it, lol. I liked the reversal of the phrase darkest before the dawn.

I really like how you describe the sky. It sounds gorgeous, even if it’ll all end soon.. Still, nice job.
