When Doing Something Important Don't Forget Not to Think
I still wasn’t ready for the meeting room. I walked around the building and tried to trick myself into not thinking about West. A couple times I thought I had it but the thoughts still lurked in the back of my mind.
I turned the corner and noticed I was now sufficiently lost. “Good,” I thought to myself. I think I was growing a bit mad so I said aloud, “Good.” I thought about than yelled, “GOOD!” It echoed throughout the halls and I heard someone snicker. The sound was quickly muffled before I could tell who it was but I knew they had to be close.
Pretending not to have heard them I continued to walk down the halls. When I got to one corner I turned and stood still. I didn’t have long to wait before I saw a shadow quickly aproaching. Before I could give it much thought I jumped around the conrner and screamed-
