Impressive and ambitious project. Obviously not something I can play along with while I’m at work and supposed to not be doing this. But it sure seems fun! I’ll jump in at some point today.

I love love love Choose Your Own Adventure Books, (even now that I am an “adult”)… I really need to make the time to do this….. I will add this to my list, my ever growing list. What an absolutely wonderful challenge!! erm… Project!!

This sounds really cool and original…even if I have to remember all the rules. I’ll try to see where I can take this, because it sounds like a serious inspiration-starter.

I used to love those books as a child! I had forgotten all about them, until I read your challenge. Awesome idea.

Can I start my own adventure or are we supposed to continue with yours?

You have to continue, but there’ no reason once this one’s done that someone else couldn’t start another one set to a similar template.

Also within the confines of m story there’s a lot of opportunity to go where you want with it, I hope.

After reading someone else’s sequels, I felt like I really wanted to write another three sequels to that, on top of the three sequels I had written for another branch of the story. Is it illegal for me to contribute more than once?

No that’s fine, as long as people don’t start sequelling their own stuff I think it’s ok to just write as much as you want on whatever branch whenever you want.

If you happened to have messed up like I did, can you redo your storie?

Yeah, just make that one you’ve done in the wrong place a draft so it doesn’t show up anymore and then you can go pick one that you want to sequel and do what you want with it.
