As Fast As Your Legs Can Carry You
“Run”, you hiss at them, turning and running into the jungle, you glance over your shoulder to check the others are following you, they are.
After 5 minutes of being whipped at by branches as you hurtle along Joe calls out that it’s time for a breather. You turn round, annoyed that he doesn’t want to put more distance between you and the pirates. “What, I’m hardly even tired, we need to keep going.” You say, angrily to him.
“Yeah, well if I’d burnt all my stuff instead of having to carry it I’d probably be able to keep going.” Joe and Zoe don’t look happy with you.
Suddenly you feel guilty about being angry at them. “Ok, we’ll walk for a bit, and we’ll take it in turns to carry the packs.” You take Joe’s pack and set off again, but instantly walk into a clearing with a big fire. Once your eyes adjust to the bright light you see about 30 natives looking at you curiously.
Drop to your knees and grovel
Walk forwards with hand outstretched for a handshake
Walk slowly around to the other side of the clearing
