I slowly hung up the phone. Did I just get a date with Tyler! I ran to my room, shut the door and began jumping and screaming with joy everywhere. YES YES YES !

I spent the next 2 hours digging through all my clothes for something to wear. I decided on bootleg jeans with a short sleeve black American Eagle shirt with, of course, my black low top converse.

It is my very first date. I need to make a good impression.

I could feel that I went to sleep that night with the biggest grin ever.

When I got to my locker that next morning Tyler popped up next to me, a little unsteady.

“Hey, ready for tonight?” He had a smile on that automatically made me smile.

“Hi Tyler. Sure I guess I am.” Why am I so girly around him?

The whole day went by in a blur. At the end of the day, Tyler met up with me by my locker.
