Forgetting her Cell
Eve threw her phone down on her bed and walked around for a few minutes. Finally she decided to just run away. She grabbed her coat and keys and was out the door before noon.
Eve drove, having no place in mind. She made a left here, a right there. The random desicions of where to go seemed strangly familiar. About an hour and a half later she remembered why.
My parents cabin! She thought as she reconized the road she had just turned on. A little farther down she pulled into the drive way. Perfect! She thought.
Eve got out of her car and walked around. So many memories came floating back to her from years ago when her family, before the fights, came here. She walked to the back door and removed the spare key from it’s hiding place, then unlocked the door.
Eve built a fire and sat down to relax. Around 5 she went to check her cell and realized it was still sitting on her bed wheree she threw it this morning. She got up and used the cabin phone to leave her mother a message, and then called Dante.
