Every Single Person
I was in church today. Because it’s Easter, you know. And I started thinking about one thing my Bible teacher had said. She talking about the Crucifixion, about the part where Jesus is carrying the big, wooden Cross over to the mountain. She had said, “I think He was thinking about each of us by name.” And that was his motivation.
So I was thinking about that. I mean, wow, everyone in the world? Not just in the world today, but everyone who has ever or will ever live in the world. That is a lot of people. And He knows each of us? All of our names? Every random person you’ve passed on the street. Every actor or actress. Every singer. Every Ficleteer. Every person you’ve seen on Youtube. Every cashier at Walmart. Every teenager who thought no one cared. Every loving parent. Every writer. Every artist selling their art on the streets in New York. Every. single. person.
Just… wow.
