The light was getting brighter, if that was even possible. It seemed to be coming closer to them. Danielle looked over at Martin. She did not notice if he had any reaction or if he was still in shock

Danielle looked to her left. It was darker.. She took the wheel and steered the car right, away from the light. Whatever it was, obviously wasn’t anything good. The car responded to her. They seemed to be moving away from the bright light. Which was good.

“Ok Martin, honey I need you to slow the car down” “Wha- wha-t ?” He responded.. “Martin slow the car down..use the brakes” She instructs. He follows her advice and the car slows down. Now that they are away from the blinding light they can see infront of them without any interference.

Not being blinded by the light didn’t mean they were out of harms way. “Martin can you hear me?” She asked. He didn’t say a word. “Martin stop the car” still nothing, not a movment or reaction.
