Eve looked towards Kate, who looked uncomfortable. “I didn’t know your cousin went here..” Eve said.

“Yeah, she does.. I uh, usually don’t see her, but today I did.” Dante told her, not quite looking her in the eyes.

“Oh.” Eve’s smile dropped off her face. “Dante.. I really love you and don’t want to lose you.. But I don’t want you to hurt me again.“

With that Eve walked off. She heard Dante calling after her, but she ignored him and walked into the bathroom. She checked the stalls to make sure she was alone. She was so she started crying. She slumped to the ground, unabe to stop herself.

“Eve..?” A tenative voice called out.

Eve looked up and wiped her eyes. There in the doorway was Kate. She walked over and sat down next to Eve.

“Dante really cares about you. I know ‘cause.. I kissed him. It was good, I must admit.. But at the end he called me “Eve”.. He was just telling me I needed to go because he’s yours when you came.. I’m really sorry Eve..” Kate said, tears forming in her eyes.
