Peals of Laughter
I squirmed like a worm on a hook.
“Where are you taking me?!” I repeated.
“Jeez, I’m just adding some pizazz to your daily life,” Kazuma said, and he plonked me down on a chair in the kitchen.
Haven’t I had enough of it? I thought, remembering Ryuuki and his canine secret. I let out a sigh.
“More talking, less sighing,” Kazuma poked my ribs with a wooden ladle. The breath was knocked out of me as he started tickling me.
“P-please!” I begged. “EEK! S…STOP!” I was laughing so hard that I thought my head would burst.
Kazuma knew I was ticklish.
He backed off, his pine colored eyes glittering with joy.
I was out of breath.
“Bastard,” I muttered.
“Sorry?” he leaned forward.
“I didn’t say anything!” I squeaked.
The tickling started again.
