Mike gets up. So much for being dead to him. He punches Kahn in the face really hard. Kahn stumbles.
Mike: Might have gone a little too far? What is wrong with you!? You went too far and then you kept going! Leave or I will nock you out for sure!
Kahn: Demi, I am sorry. You know that right?

Mike: I will give you three seconds.

It only took Mike saying the number three for Kahn to leave.

Mike: He makes me so angry!
