Frieda and Nikki
Frieda was a dog who will always be remembered. I loved her so much. Frieda was my grandparent’s dog who looked exactly like a wolf. She had pointy ears and would look up excitingly every time we’d make a sound. She was so many different colors. She looked as if she was just groomed but had rolled in the mud. She looked as if she was living the greatest life but had sadness in her eyes. She looked as if she wanted to run with you for miles and miles but wanted to lay down and sleep. She was a mysterious dog but always brought a smile to my face. Her eyes were peculiar, though. She’d look up at you happily but sadly. What was wrong? Was she in pain? Or was she just being Frieda? Now that Frieda is gone, I can’t answer that question. She will always be remembered and loved even if she is miles and miles away. Now, I can’t wait to meet a brand new dog. Her name is Nikki. I think Frieda and Nikki would have been great friends. Running and sleeping together forever.
