Accidents Happen
“Ow!” came a voice from behind the door. It was him. Apparently normal people don’t throw open doors with such vigor.
“Oh! I’m so sorry!” I squealed, trying to get a good look at my victim.
He chuckled a bit, removing his hand from his nose.
“It’s fine, I shouldn’t have been standing right in front of the door and-”
“Fudge! You’re bleeding!”
He lifted a hand to feel below his nose.
“Oh!” he said, a little less disturbed than he ought to be.
“We need to do something! Um…tilt your head back!” Why did he have to be so tall?! I frantically pushed him toward the toilet seat and forced him down. “Tissue…tissue…” I ripped a load of toilet pare from the dispenser and shoved it under his nose.
I felt my air passages constrict, the sight of his crimson blood staining the white paper was making me woozy. I could smell the disgusting coppery scent coming from his nose. Unfortunately, though my powers were restricted, my sense were not.
I felt myself fall to the ground. Then everything went black.
