“Ya think, Joe?” I said.
“He’s nervous, oh, and by the way! Nick gets all shy and stuff when he’s around the girl he likes. He’ll get used to you,” said Joe. He was smart, well, about his brothers.
“Is he going to ask me out?” I asked.
“Yeah, totally. It’ll just take a while!” I wasn’t going to rush Nick. I’d wait for him forever if I had to. But, the thing that got me frustrated with nobody but myself was that we could be together right now!
“Huh? What happened?” It was Katie.
“Hi, I’m Joe Jonas! Nice to meet you!”
“OH MY GOD !” Katie got pale again.
“YOUR, YOUR , YOUR YOU !!!!”
“Yeah, I’m me,” said Joe. He was great even with the most annoying fans. Not that Katie was annoying, she was just obsessed. She got up and gave Joe a hug and worded a “THANK YOU ” to me. I was glad at least someone was happy.
