Jay

“No mom!” said Jay as he walked out of his bedroom, angrily.
“Your going with Jacqueline and that’s final!” said his mom. It was a long story. Jay’s mom worked as a journalist and she traveled a lot. And this summer she was going to be sent to Italy to write every single detail about it. But this time, Jay wasn’t allowed to come. He had no family members to stay with which made it just a lot tougher. Then, came along Jacqueline. Well, not Jacqueline. Jay hated her guts. But, his mom and her mom were best friends. Jacqueline and her mom were going to stay in Connecticut for the whole summer ,and Jay, had to tag along. A whole summer with the girl he hated? Just great.
“Mom, I hate Jacqueline and what about all my friends? What am I going to do?”
“Just deal with it, we could really use the money! And Jacqueline is a great girl!” Jay ran into the bathroom and slammed the door. Why was she being so mean? We have plenty of money! How could she I hate Jacqueline!
