This is a ficlet I had wanted to write before this challenge, so it’s not exactly what you were looking for. It’s not quite “fun.” I hope you still like it. All of the italics are lyrics from the song “Pink Cigarette” by Mr. Bungle. I’ve always loved this song. It reminds me of a David Lynch movie for some reason.

Sometimes the “not so fun” ones are the most powerful and this is definitely powerful. Dark and dramatic. Painful and complete. Wonderful job!
