I ran downstairs and sat down next to Nick. I felt tears come to my eyes again, jeeze. I’m a crier for sure!
“What’s wrong?” asked Nick. I didn’t say anything. Nick just put his arm around me. I was so angry, I thought Kevin would never do anything like that.
“Kevin, he, messed everything up!” I said. Just because he couldn’t have Michelle didn’t mean he could mess me and Nick up!
“Is he the one who told you I was at Miley’s?” asked Nick. He jumped up and looked all angry.
“Yeah,” I said. Nick ran into the house.
“Wait!” I called after him. Why couldn’t we just be together without anyone being so, so, dumb? I was going to be marked for life after all the stuff that had happened. I would never regret it, though. Nick cam back, then.
“This has to end!” said Nick. “I can’t deal with it anymore! Between everyone, we can’t do anything without a problem!” He looked as if he was about to cry. He sat down next to me.
“Everything’ will be alright,” I said. He smiled.
