Whenever I think of you, I always remember when we were together. We were sisters at heart and will always be. Even when I acted like a maniac, you still thought it was funny. You liked me for being myself. When you made a total fool of yourself I didn’t care, as long as were together. As cousins as friends as sisters as family. As a whole. But then you had to move, miles and miles away. I don’t get to see you everyday like I used to. Not anymore. I try to be strong when we separate but I just can’t hold it in. I cry for hours even days at a time. Wondering why were couldn’t have just one extra day. Until we see each other again, I want you to know I miss you. And even if you don’t get to read this short story, you know I love and miss you. You have a very important role in my life and even if we never see each other again, we will always be best friends. No one will or can take your place in my life. I just want you to know, I miss you.
