Disturbing. Really leaves ya hanging between understanding, loathing, and pity. Great way of thinking about things, from the point of view of someone who feels forced to do something horrid.

It’s disgusting, I know. But the really disturbing thing is that people are dehumanized like this everyday. If anyone wants me to mark this as mature I will.

I don’t think it’s R-rated. Besides, it’s just too good to deny some members entry. Really, really good depiction of the dehumanization of war and the hopelessness of it. I feel bad for the guy, but then I also want to dislike him. Has this been done to him by the institution of warfare or by his own choice?

This is really good. I can’t really go much deeper than that. But it’s whatever it takes…This only makes me wonder even more how they could bear to do it before we had guns or ranged weapons, back when people had to look their enemy in the eye as they killed them.

Very good! It is a bit disturbing, but it is from a point of view. It happens, it is war.
