It was finally September. My birthday, at last. I sounded like a little kid, my birthday was finally here! But there was a reason for my excitement. Nick and I were holding a party for the both of us. I mean, our birthdays are like four days apart so it kind of made since. It was going to be held at La Reno. A really fancy restaurant and everyone was invited. Even Miley was invited.
“Everything is in place!” said Nick. “Balloons, guests, food, you name it!” Nick was glowing. I guess he was really excited about holding a party for the both of us. Then, Joe came through the door.
“I finally did it!” said Joe. “I aced my driving test!” He whipped out something from his pocket. “It’s my license!” he cried happily. He brought it over for me and Nick to see.
“Nice picture,” said Nick. It was Joe, cross eyes with is mouth wide open. It was Joe just being Joe.
“Thanks,” said Joe. He made the same face right then.
“Thank you Jess for supporting me!” I did nothing really, but I guess I helped. Now, I was glowing
