Wow. I had a fish once. It lived several months, which I thought was a long time in fish “years.” It was a fighting fish, those “betas” or whatever they’re called.

man my daughter had a hamster named bear(that we called plankton) that lived for twelve years. seriously i know you should never believe anyone who writes fiction but this hamster was like the undead i wonder if he drank my blood at night. i wrote a sequel for you i hope child protective services doesn’t take your fish because of it.
