Visiting Lincolin
Vanessa makes the exit for Lincolin. She follows the twists and turns as she leaves the highway. At the end of the exit she is greeted by a stop sign. After following directions to a rest stop she parks her car.
With her car securely parked she gets out and locks the door. She thinks to herself how good it feels to be standing up and using her legs. Almost seven hours of driving has made her feel numb from the hips down.
After slowly walking up to the rest house she finds a sandwich shop. She makes her way in and places an order. As she pays and recieves the order, she sits down and enjoys her much anticipated lunch. She feels great relief as the sandwich and the soda make its way to her stomach. Finally the weak shaky feeling subsides in her body.
When she is done with lunch, she wanders around the diffrent gift shops, looking at diffrent books and calendars that the stores offer. Local senic views are portrayed on diffrent items. They intrigue her greatly, she has never seen this side of the country.
