“So honey, what phone did you get?” asked mom. She was going to freak if she knew I got the no-name phone.
“Uhhhhh…....I’m not sure what it’s called!” I didn’t lie at least.
“Okay well, we’ll get it activated tomorrow,”. I nodded. Tomorrow couldn’t come soon enough.
The next day, I turned the phone on. It was finally activated. I was also the first to actually buy this phone. I felt so special. The screen lit up and a bunch of symbols showed up. What now? I shoved the phone in my pocket and went off to find my friends at the mall.
“What phone did you get?” asked Brianna, my best friend. I reached into my pocket and pulled out the no-name phone.
“This one, it’s so unique. I was the first so buy one!”
“Oh, um mm, what’s it called?”
“I have no idea,”. Then, the phone started to vibrate. My first phone call!
“Be right back, someone’s calling.” I walked over into a corner and answered.
“Hello?”
“Don’t go home tonight,”.
“What? Hello? Who is this?”
“Don’t go home. You’ll save yourself from disaster!”
