I love the description of the lighting touching her hair. And maybe I’m still a bit fuzzy since I woke up not too long ago, but I’m not fully getting the twist…

This is definitely a cool little twist. I had to read the tags to fully grasp what was going on, but it was beautifully written. Cool insight into the video game character’s lives. And the last line kind of reminds me of the time we all found out that Samus Aran from Metroid was a girl.

Okay… I have decided to give up and point to my tags… :/ I don’t want to give up any character space for my “giant head” gamers. ;)

Ohh, OK, the tags helped me out. I especially liked the tag “while the gamer is away.” :p

I get it, but not before reading your tags and everyone’s comments. It was magical in the beginning, a beautiful petulant princess, a stubborn boy… and then the “Ew!” comment. All beauty lost! :) Nice idea for a twist.

I love the twist, though I didn’t get it until I looked at the tags. I love that perspective on gaming, the reversal. Very well done. And great tag work as well.

The idea, of course, came from listening to the boys behind me arguing over who would be what while playing XBox… it’s all so clear in my head. LoL.

hey jenunique name it while the gamer’s away or inside the xbox or something no that would give away the twist or you could name it ‘read the tag last’ maybe. i am sure you have thought of all this already man it was good though i dug it.
