Lovely and lyrical, and it would have even fit in nicely in the Unexpected Twist Challenge. Only critique would be that there aren’t any deserts in Mississippi.

I included the desert line as it appears in the U2 song, along with with the word Mississippi. I believe we’re meant to take that metaphorically, although I can try tweaking it to make it better fit. Thanks for your comments, guys!
