There was an explosive flash of light, blinding everyone who had been in the story so far, even the late Duke who really wasn’t seeing much at this point, anyway. The Lords of Time had come! As Cindy’s vision slowly returned, albeit full of pillowy dark spots, she was surprised to see only three, for she thought there were 314 Lords of Time. Then she noticed the shadowy sliver of a figure and discovered the source of confusion: there were, in fact, three and approximately fourteen-hundredths Lords of Time.
“Looks like you got your pie,” Lionel snarled, wiping his eyes with an enormous paw.
“What’s all this then?” boomed fourteen percent of a Lord of Time. “Don’t tell me we have to call the Gnippers in for an edit!”
