Colorado part 4: Dreaming
It was dark in the ballroom. The lights were dimmed and tons of colorful lights were spinning and moving everywhere all over the floor and the walls and ceiling.
The speakers were blasting at an appropriate slow song volume You’re Beautiful by James Blunt.
I found myself in a fitted yet flowing hemmed black and white dress with tons of abstract patterns all over it. I looked down and saw matching black peep-toe one inch heels on my feet. My toes were pedicured. My fingers manicured. My makeup had been applied perfectly and my hair was flawless and frizz free.
I looked up to see a gorgeous guy with longish brown hair and chocolate brown eyes that I could just look into forever. Then he had his hands around my waist and my arms were around his neck and we were slowly swaying to the music.
I had a semi-smile on my face of complete peacefulness and bliss…
“It’s okay. I would’ve danced with you anyway…” I heard him say.
Then all of a sudden, I was forcefully pushed.
“Wake up! We’re here!”
