“Okay Anna, the first thing I want you to do is organize all these papers on the desk here by dates and by what I’ve signed and what I haven’t. Oh and I want it done by noon.” With that, he walked out of the room and shut the door. Anna looked again at the massive pile of papers, and sat down confidently. As soon as she started to pick up a paper the right phone rang.
“This is Tracy in room 104, I need you to make 30 copies of something. Please come to my room to get it.” Anna hurried down the hall to do so. While the copies were being made, she managed to get two small stacks started. She got another call from Bobby asking for coffee. She dropped off the copies and then the coffee and headed back to her room. “This ain’t so bad as long as I stay organized.” she thought. She did infact get all the papers organized by noon with 17 more phone interupptions, all from inside the building. She walked out into the main room to find Randy.
“Randy? I’m done.”
“Alright, well it’s lunch break. Be back by 1.”
