It started just two months ago,
When the writing bug did bite.

I was surfing on Wil Wheaton’s blog,
I came across his post,
That was all about this writing place,
And my free time was toast. My free time was toast.

The ficlets started piling up,
The comments even more,
And the friends that I have made on here,
Have touched me to the core. Touched me to the core.

So every day I come to this,
Amazing little site.

Like many of you, I’ve always enjoyed writing. Though recently, other things had started to take over my free time. Until that is, I found this place. Not only am I exposed to a wide array of great writers and differing styles, but everyone here is incredibly friendly and encouraging of others. It’s really a fantastic community that I humbly proud to be a part of.
