I finally feel asleep with the sutffed bear he had given me for my birthday three weeks earlier. I awoke to my phone ringing like crazy.

“mmmellow?’ I mumbled still asleep.

“Get up sweet, and get dressed. I am taking you out!” I heard his voice through my phone and it inistantl woke me up. “I’ll be there in half an hour. Be ready!”

I shot up from my bed and ran into the kitchen. I grabbed a breakfast bar and told my dad I was going to be out all day. Then I ran back to my room and picked out my newest top and favorite pair of jeans that fit me in all the right places. My top was a blue baby-doll tank which was absoutly perfect.

After getting dressed I ran into my adjoining bathroom and combed my hair out. It would have to do, there was no time for one of my showers. To top it off I put some sparkles on my eyes and just a touch of lip gloss to coat my lips. Just as I finished I heard his car outside.

“Bye Dad!” I called as I flew out the door and kissed him good morning.
