Joe came up to me and grabbed my hand.
“Do you wanna dance?” he asked. I nodded.
“I’d like that,”. We walked over to the dance floor and Joe grabbed my hand. I heard Nick and Katie in the background. He asked her to dance, they started to dance, and I still had no clue what was going on.
“Joe, what happened with you guys?”
“He just asked why I was here with his girlfriend?” I smiled a little bit.
“Girlfriend?”
“Yeah, at least things are working out for you,”.
“Katie told me she was still in love with you,”.
“ALRIGHT!” Joe ran off and grabbed Katie’s hand. Oh, wow. Before I knew it, they were holding hands and she was clinging on to him. Me, I just stood there in shock. I walked over to the back door and let myself outside. Tonight was going to be confusing.
