Very strange with a definite contemplative feel to it, like the situation is both mundane and novel at the same time. A few missteps with commas, but a neat story/situation.

which was a terrific movie.
anyway.
i really like the last line, the “silently wishing” part is better than just saying “wishing”, and it’s sort of like a back-and-forth battle within the character’s self.
