Quick Goodbye
My breath caught in my in my throat and a ingle tear came to my eye. Out of every guy to ever say those three words to me, Tyler’s was the most sincer and he has never seen me before.
“I love you too.” I said without thinking, and as soon as the words left my lips, I realized they were one hundred percent true. I laughed afterwards, imagining Tyler dancing around his house in excitment.
“What?” He asked, slightly out of breath.
“I’m just imagining you dancing in happiness.” I told him, feeling silly.
Now it was his turn to laugh. “How, from hundreds of miles away, could you possibly now exactly what I am doing?”
I shrugged even though I knew he couldn’t see me. “I have your place bugged duh!” I said as nonchalant as possible.
“I knew it!” He laughed. I imagined him moving his head back and forth franticly searching for a hidden camera.
“Crap! I hate to have to go now… but my folks are home and they can’t know you called! Bye Tyler!” And I hung up with out waiting for his goodbye.
