Daycare Center
The next morning went by so quickly. It only seemed like 2 min before lunch time came.
“I’m taking off early today Randy,” Anna said filing the last bit of papers.
“Well you’re going to have to make up for your hours sometime,” Randy replied.
“I can either come in early tomorrow or stay late. Which would you rather me do?”
“Uhh, I guess come in early. Be here at 5:30 and I’ll be here too.”
Anna nodded and headed on out the door. She stopped by a Chick-fil-a that was close to her bus stop to get a a sweet tea before heading to the daycare.
Once she walked in the door all the little kids turned to look at her, not one of them made a sound except for Taylor. He came running to the door reaching for Anna and she scooped him up to give him a hug. Once she set him down, he grabbed her hand and pulled her to his table where they were coloring.
“Look!” he held his picture up proudly. It was stick figures of Anna & Taylor & Jack.
“Aw baby that’s great!” she smiled and kissed his head.
