When Eragon next woke up he was bound and gagged, and he was in the company of the ra’zac. He looked around to confirm that the others were awake, too. “Oh, good, you’re awake. Now before you try to struggle, I just want to inform you that you are entirely vulnerable, since we’ve taken the liberty to drug you, confiscate your weapons, and tie your hands. We waited until you were awake before we began our long journey, because we didn’t want to carry you. You will follow us to Galbatorix’s castle, where you will be his servant,” the ra’zac said.
The ra’zac continued to brag in this way, so Eragon looked around, trying to see what Yoda was doing. He was using the force to untie his hands! Eragon continued to look around innocently until Yoda was done, and then Yoda used the force to push the ra’zac down.
“Defeat Yoda you cannot,” he taunted as he began to untie Eragon’s hands.
“You fool,” The ra’zac hissed, “you’re messing up the story! We’re supposed to kill you, remember?”
“Die for a story Yoda will not!”
