Amethyst Frontiers: Karama Dilemma

With Vargus’ two officers now on their feet, Karapanov ensured a good seal and then opened the dock-doors. He was met by an armed contingent of men.
“Stand down, men!” Vargus barked.
“Captain? Are you alright?” said a young ensign.
“Of course i’m alright, get out of the doorway, and put those blasters down!”
Vargus pushed his way back on to his ship, Locke close at his heels. “Captain, we really need to speak with the other Grenna about this,”
“If you think i’m pulling those 3 grey dogs out of their holding cell, you’re crazier than I thought, Locke!” screamed the other captain, “That one,” he jabbed a finger at Tarn, “Is the only one that can speak anyway. The others look at one another like a litter of idiots,” he turned on a heel and stormed toward engineering.
Locke called after him, “Do you have a science officer aboard?”
Vargus reared on her with wild eyes, “No, i do not, captain. Why don’t you ask your little grey friend over there what happened to her?!”
“Phase sickness,” peeped Tarn.
