The year is 2086, and a prohibition has been put on all weapons and crimes since 2046, due to a great criminal uprising that began in 2042. All people who could be found were forced to wear a sensor that would alert the organization, known as Paradise Reign, if any illegal actions were done. Many people wondered how Paradise Reign had the technology and manpower to do this, but they are very secretive, and only a select few know the truth. In only 3 years, the world was drained of crime, Paradise Reign took charge over the world, and little went on in the world for quite a long time. Around the time of 2083, A small group of people began attacking Paradise Reign. Soon after the attacks, a small amount of the sensors started to malfunction, and the few people who escaped and longed for change headed to Wake Desert, the rumored home of the “Paradise Bandits”, as they were being called. One of the , a boy named Wing, came upon 7 cloaked figures. He asked who they were and they said only one thing.
