I watched as this small group of humans ran over to a car that was parked nearby. “We had made this car specially for this kind of thing,” The one yelled as he got into the driver’s side, “Once you get in Sangsue can’t smell you. Something that Addison over there came up with.” He acknowledged a tall blonde as I got in the car.
Once we all started moving the one in the passenger seat turned his head to face me, “Ok, so that one driving is Jackson, I’m Oliver, and next to you are Addison and Tanner.”
“I can’t believe this. I thought I was the only human left,” I said with amazement.
“Well then, you’ll probably go into shock once we get back to base. I mean, come on, do you really think you’re the only special human who was able to keep away from those diseases? That’s just selfish.” Oliver responded to my awe.
And Jackson drove us off into the unknown, well, unknown for me at least.
