Amethyst Frontiers; The Amethyst

Frosty had understated things. The Amethyst was a mess. Locke, however, was proud of her crew as they worked tirelessly to repair her. As she made her way into the corridor, Laura Brill stopped her,
“What about the other stasis pods?” she asked.
“I imagine that i can trust you to work with the Grenna in bringing their ship out of phase and helping the Karama crew aboard?”
Brill’s enthusiasm brimmed, “I was hoping you’d suggest it.”
Brill turned towards Bael, but Locke touched her shoulder, “Please, keep me in the loop?” Locke said, “Half of these men are hyped up on Oxyriophine.”
“Of course,” Brill nodded.
Tarn came to Locke’s side, “I help!”
“oh no,” laughed the captain, “your place is with your people, now, Tarn.”
“My place with Morris,”
“He’s not a pet, trust me on that, Tarn!” Locke was smitten; such an adorable creature.
“Tarn” Bael called, “you must see to the Lemrok!”
“Yes,” he smiled up at Locke, “I will miss,” he bowed extending a little hand.
Locke took it, “Thank you, for everything”
