Some Sherlock
“Go on,” said the God of Stars, shooing Jimmy away. “Go take care of….whatever you need to take care of,”.
“To tell the truth, I really don’t know what I can do, I’m only a Detective in training,” said Jimmy, slightly embarrassed.
The God of Stars crumbled the empty peanut pouch and stood up.
“Okay Sherlock,” he said, sadly. “I guess I better just get on my way then, there’s no use being here, so I guess there’s only one last thing for me to do,”.
“And what is that?” asked Jimmy, scratching his head.
“Goodbye Jimmy,”. The God of Stars crept over to he edge of the cloud and spread his arms. Golden wings seemed to have grown out from under his arms.
“What? Where are you going?”
All of a sudden, it became windy and Cloud Nine started to whip around helplessly as the God of Stars lifted from the ground.
“Goodbye Jimmy,” said the God of Stars, flapping his wings.
“No, don’t go, please!” The God of Stars took off a little when his wings disintegrated.
“Dang flabbit, these things are dead too!”
