3rd period and 4th period went just like 1st. Then it was lunch time. Today’s menu was chicken tenders, green beans, macaroni, mashed potatoes, and milk. Gross. Other than mashed potatoes, the stuff they called food on her tray tasted fake. So, why put it to waste?Candi beckoned Twilah to come sit across from her. Perfect, everything was going as planned. I sat across from her next to Alex and Jeff.
“Hey Tw-, WOAH ! What happened to you?”She blurted rudely.
“I got wet.”She answered just as rude.
“Oh.”Candi’s face had a disgusted look on it.
“Candi!”Someone called from behind her. Candi turned around.
“Oh hey!”She shreiked. Twilah grabbed the first thing on her plate, the beans, and chucked them at the back of Candi’s head. Candi whirled around and glared at them.
“Who did that?!”She yelled stroking the back of her hair. Twilah’s finger pointed at Alex and Candi’s menacing stare turned to him.
“But I-”He began to protest but Candi had already taken a glob of mashed potatoes and threw it at him. She missed.
