Candi’s glob of mashed potatoes had hit a boy sitting at the table behind them on his back.
He stood up and turned to their table.
“Alright! Who did it!!???!” He yelled. He picked up his mac&cheese and pegged Jeff. Jeff threw some at Twilah knowing it was her fault. She laughed at him and threw some back but he ducked and she hit the girl next to him. In about a minute the whole cafeteria was covered in food.
“SEIZE!” A very deep voice echoed throughout the cafeteria and it immediately got silent. I saw the principal standing on top of a table.
“WHO IS RESPONSIBLE ?! COME FORTH NOW !” He bellowed. Jeff and Alex glared at me to see what I’d do. She nodded her head. “Don’t!” Alex hissed. She started to walk toward the principal when Alex yelled, “I did it!”
Twilah stared at him shocked.
“Alex no!” She hissed. He simply smiled at her and nodded.
“I’ll tell them it was you after you leave.” He whispered. Twilah hugged him. He walked up to face the principal. “The rest of you, can clean this up!!!!!” He yelled.
