Sangsue- part 38

Last night wasn’t fun. I had to lay on cold dead grass right outside. Plus, everything going on in my conscience had me kept awake all night. I was just starting to wake up when I heard someone laughing above. I cracked my one eye open to see Ginkloo perched on a piece of rubble laughing at me. “What’s so funny?” I grumbled angrily. I was still tired apparently.
“You look terrible.”
“And you look like some disease,” I stated angrily, “What are you doing here anyway? Haven’t you done enough?”
“Oh, I have only begun. There’s a piece of information that you obviously didn’t mention to them, did you?”
“What the heck are you talking about?” Ginkloo leaned his face towards me, smiling mischeviously, “Remember way back when. When I was still human, a Sangsue named Oaikil. An arch.” The sound of that word made me freeze. Ginkloo realized I remembered and smiled, “Exactly. These humans wouldn’t be too pleased with you when they heard that.” And Ginkloo vanished before my eyes as my face turned pale with fright.
