Pre-Pep Rally Party
After weeks together, Olivia and Ashton became inseparable. She was constantly at his side, but not in the business-y way. Her story for the paper didn’t matter to her as long as Ashton was with her 24/7.
Plus, it was obvious how much she liked him. And it was also obvious, to everyone but Olivia, how Ashton was faking.
The two were off campus for lunch again, the third time during the week. Craig had counted and told Olivia earlier. Oh well.
“Olivia, there’s this pre-pep rally party today before the big game. You want to come? It’s very … exclusive.â? Ashton said while staring into her eyes kindly.
Whoa, pre-pep rally party. Say that five times fast. Olivia thought.
Out loud, “Yeah, I’d love to go. What time is it?â? She didn’t even mention that it’d help her story because she didn’t need it as a cover anymore.
“It’s during the last class. I can get you out though.â?
“Okay, sounds great.â?
