I’d really like to apologize for the morbid themes of my ficlets lately, but it seems like the topic death is quite preeminent lately in my life. And I’ll take any inspiration I can get, be it dark or not.

The story really grabs the reader… I really like the idea of writing the last sentence in latin… though I’m not quite sure what it means =P great work. THUMBS UP

“What i do now you cant understand: you will understand afterwards.” I can’t remeber the exact translation, I copied it out of hymnal and only had the German translation. But that should be close enough.

yeah it is morbid, but it is also not overly sad or creepy or emo.

Certainly morbid, but at least it leaves it up to question how death will find the protagonist. Beautiful, albeit dark, imagery.
