Rebirth

It wasn’t like she was walking, everything became effortless. Effortlessly drifting along a deserted island. The smell of sulfur began itching inside of her nostrils, and suddenly her legs fell as if lead had been poured to the bottom of her feet. Kamaria’s island was vanishing.

Ouch was the first thought Kamaria had been able to fathom exterior to this new horizon.

Something inside of her began to ache like nothing she had experienced before. A sensation of tingling followed as she slowly began to feel, her toes, the tips of her fingers, her feet, her hands. Throughout this feeling of rebirth, something was different.

My lips, s s s o c c old. She slowly opened her eyes only to see a godly pair of amethyst eyes looking franticly back into her own.
